Why is an MP unfurling the Gunners' Flag?

An army SM can unveil air force's colours. But from what i see, only the colours SM( there is only 1) will unveil the state colours.

Commands, i dun think there is any for the colour party. 2010's was done using drums. the commands are for guard of honours to salute the colours.

The SMs in each service, Army, Navy & Airforce, unveil their own colours only or can they unveil other colour too?

Example: Army SM can unveil Air force colours?
