oh my god.. . . that shit was boring. I thought he would at least pretend he was gonna juke to the right then spin out of it or do it in the air. But hell, instead i got a seven foot basketball player spinning on the ground in slow motion.
Im a big man and everybody wants me in the post and since pau is a good post up player i watch his videos and they work i kill everybody in the post!!
@Mcnuggetswithcheese nope, shaq was is and will always be the best 7 footer ever. he showed how unnecessary freethrows and 3 pointers are. Nah just kidding allthough shaq was better. but the dwight is better, gasol is better and I live in Germany!
@familyguyguymanu It was hard to understand your comment. but, nevermind that. They are all good players. it's just that shaq in his prime is better than howard in his prime. (they were not at the same "generation") em just sayin'
@Mcnuggetswithcheese well I think shaq and howard are very similar, shaq was kinda athletic in his prime, he was better in being integrated in the team then the dwight, there is no Dwight and JRich, but there was shaq and kobe, shaq and dwyane, shaq and nash. But I dont think howard will always stay as good as now, he wont have that leap when he's 30 so his blocks and rebounds will drop heavily. But the point of all this is that I don't think that Dirk isn't the best 7 footer out there
@familyguyguymanu I see your point. Let's set it this way. Dirk is the best 7-footer in terms of scoring. And Dwight/Shaq/Gasol are better in a athletic/defensive way?
@Mcnuggetswithcheese yea, but he wouldnt have that title, if durant would be 1-2 inch taller :D But dirk isnt as good against a really strong defensive Power Forward for example tim duncan. Last year they went 1-3 against the spurs
Just think of all the baseline dunks he has delivered thanks to this spin. Pretty easy move on paper, but you should be able to do it real quick for it to work. Also a good countermeasure for all the guys who think they can just outmuscle Pau out of the post. His brother Marc uses it too lately.
Why the pressure has to be in the middle for the baller to spin baseline? What to do when the defender put the pressure on upper back? And turn around and make a jump shot when pressure is being put on lower back close to the hip? Thx!
I was actually talking about the middle spin move being taken away. With the middle spin being out of the picture, the spin to the baseline is a viable option for him to take. I am not talking about the middle of the back of the offensive player.
I could've stated it more clearly in my first statement. Sorry for the confushion.
He's basically reading what the defender is giving him. He's feeling the defender's pressure on his back. If the pressure is on the middle, then Pau can spin baseline.
yea there is signatures move videos with Kobe, Manu Ginobili, Jason Kidd, Lebron James and Deron Williams. Just search ''Kobe Bryant signature move'' for example

if not he can face up
CrazeeCbelle 2 years ago
Another great option. Facing up would also allow him to beat the defender off the dribble because of his quick feet.
