u need gta sa version 1.0 to mod things in gta sa just download gta sa downgrade patch google is your freind

yip, downgrader will help if he has newer version, but vista wont let him save the file in the folder, i recently had same problem setting up vice city for a mate

i had to copy the handling to the desk top & save it their, then copy & paste it back to the gta folder & it worked fine :)

yip, photoshop is way better than paint shop pro, but the psp is easier to get your head around (and its cheeper, for them that buy their apps) lol

i still using paint shop pro 7.04

(for some jobs even today, mainly clone'ing)

but i do use photoshop a lot more these days, its only photoshop v7 though, but it does for my usual psd work

im not to sure, ive not realy worked on GTA:SA, i left my gta modding days back in 2004 when vc was the main game to mod, best bet is manual install (i duno if theirs any building mods out for SA) if their is, you'll probably have to install it manualy with a GTA:SA Image editor, if i remember right their was a program to open the SA img files, nose on google for phrases like

id get it when i open the gta3 file for where it sasys all the cars nameds all that pops up on notepad is all these random numbers signs and letters

you open the GTA3 file with "IMGtool"

you open Handling.CFG and Default,IDE (using notepad) :)

i select the "Picture Tube" in paint shop pro

its kinda like painting with 2 tones

sprays red, then as you go from one side to another, it blends the 2 colors for you while you spray

my computer has no c drive at all my computer is a windows xp 2000 do you have to have a higher computer if so plese tell me thanks

its iether xp or 2000 (i cant see it being both)

unless its got a Duel Boot

if you have no C:\ drive then thats probably were the PC manufacture hid the XP instilation "the sorce files for system restore"

you will eaither have a D: drive or an E: drive

C:\ is basicly "Local Disk" and local disk is your main hard drive, so you hit, ny pc, local disk, program files, rockstar games... :)

sadly ive not played gta since 2004. the thing to remember is if you can use winrar & note pad then gta editing is prity much the same, but img tool rather than winrar, same principles though, if you check out the end of the video description theirs a link to over 2 gig of mods, and i got more cars to put up their :)

it depends on the car mod (does it have a col, are you replacing the right car with it, does it have an IDE line ?

sometimes mods actualy dont work (and its possible its not you) get a mod you no works (from a mate) and try that :)

and can u tell me what is the mod installer called and where did u download your one from does these mods work on ps2 or do u need a usb to plug it in

to use these on a psw the ps2 has to be chipped (and the ps2 needs a hard drive) wich you load vc onto the hard disk (so it can be edited) its better & easier to mod it on the pc (and theres 10000's of cars) avalible, even islands and buildings (even replacement missions)

you mod gta:sa the same way you mod gta:vc and gta:3, you just need the newer "IMG Tool" that suports SA img files (should find it on google) :)

i might do some more one day, im more into modding flashpoint these days but ye never no maybe one day ile boot that 98 and play with vc :)
