why not just do it with a computer ?

what i mean is : what's the difference between digital inking/drawing and traditional inking/drawing

or is it just marvel's law

@hajar9911 Digital can come close to replicating traditional techniques, but it's still not the same. I personally prefer pencilling & inking traditionally, because it's quicker for me, I have more control, and it's more comfortable. I do sometimes do cover layouts digitally since they are just roughs, and I also colour digitally. There are plenty of other artists who prefer working completely digital, so it's not some law decreed by Marvel. Do whatever works for you personally.
