The LA times said "Staking his claim to most excessive/tasteless celebration after a touchdown, Toronto Argonaut Arland Bruce was fined an undisclosed amount for his "tribute" to Michael Jackson". So it was not for taking of his helmet because many other players took of their helmets and was never fined. Plus the San Francisco 49ers and the Pittsburgh Steelers supports MJ. Last time I remember these two teams are NFL teams.
