  • Very interesting. I never knew this piece had words... I was familiar with the Theodore Bikel recording from 1955, but he recorded it as an instrumental only.

    This is a beautiful performance. Is there a translation online somewhere?

  • You sing this song very beautiful,very "traditional" and I can feel the connection you have to your grandfather and generaly to the russian tradition.
