1. the introduction is rather ok, although it could still be smoother ("You're the boss" first is unclear - actual boss or just figure of speech, clarified in the next lines)

2. the progress is too slow

3. there's only 1 turning (plot) point

4. after the turning point the viewer expects a final plot point (situation solve or worsen)

5. the voucher doesn't do this (you could use such as a middle plot point only)
