@ShAdOwViRuSiAn China doesn't allow a lot of cultural activities from tibetan people, China IMPOSE his own system of government changing all the structure of Tibet, every political and social decision MUST be approved beforehand by chinese leaders before being applied in Tibet. This is what 'social and cultural' restrition is.

And by the way, this rules over the 'anexed states' in China cause another 3-4 etinical conflicts well documented in China, so YES, there is proves that China does that.

China tried to get the country back, but insurations in Manchuria and in Inner Mongolia, that also tried to get independence, get more Chinas atention.

Until today, there is still many separatists groups in Manchuria and some Inner mongolia (both ethnical conflicts), and many political prisioners.
