  • Autism?

  • what ever happened to ramona?

  • About some non singing and non dancing bitches they fuckin suck

  • Wow.....I thought I might never be able to get this song....it was my fav

  • Αυτό το βίντεο έχει προστεθεί στα Αγαπημένα σας.

  • thumbs up if you think the middle singer is the hottest!

  • The Violins is the reason for which the Disco Music started to like me. Remember is live.

  • Hey check this out , I had just graduated highschool , brought a 1977 silver buick century , $ 6. 300 , 350 V8 ,red interior and what was the 8 -track they gave me Silver Convention . Never forget pulling out the lot and jamming that tune !

  • Fuck these ladies are fucking hot, so fucking hot.... ummmm

  • @70sPopRock: Sometimes is just about the kick ass melody...

  • ramona wulf was the black singer. german mom, black american gi dad

  • Billboard's #14 song of '76. Only 6 different words in it, 'cause the producers didn't want the girls to have to learn much English. SC hit #1 pop, and soul, #6 AC in Billboard. How'd it do in Germany? God bless!

  • @DaveWollenberg This song would've sounded great even without any lyrics.

  • @supercreamysperm The song would probably have sounded better without any lyrics! "Get Up And Boogie" surely would have!

  • that black chick is soo hot.

  • Wow, the black woman is sooo beautiful (sorry, don't know her name)...

  • Lovely women. Natural, pretty and delicious.

  • de maravilla lindos recuerdos llegan a mi mente

  • Penny McLean is super yummy !

  • Comment removed

  • @jamessmedley82 I keep asking myself why Penny McLean (real name : Gertrude Wirschinger) always remind me of Carrie Fisher. Incidentally, Silver Convention's label - as well as McLean's was Jupiter Records - a Germany based label that also launched the Disco career of Donna Summer whose then husband was a German. They released Love To Love You Baby on the Oasis Records subsiduary. The house drummer for Jupiter Records was Keith Forsey - later known as the producer of Billy Idol's solo records.

  • é ouvir e sentir vontade de dançar junto com elas

  • Is this song remixed by Pete Waterman?

  • Get down, I love this song!

  • Lyrics are so over-rated. I am so glad this group got JUST the right amount of words.

  • Great song. But they can't even lip-synch it properly! Or is the video out of synch with the soundtrack?

  • lol @ the person on the side of the screen at 2:24

  • Que epoca tan bonita aquella de los años 70. Recordar es volver a vivir. Gracias por el video.

  • I`m amazed they remembred the words of the song

  • OH BABY, let me get my wedge heels out and get grooving!!

  • i dont know why but i used to think that this was a Donna Summers song. i wonder if thats her in the Center.

  • It is Donna Summers in the middle but this group had a few different line ups later.

  • meraviglioso!

  • Saudades daquele tempo!

  • They were the most 'simplistic' lyrics in all of disco music. For many of us, the eight words: "Fly, Robin, Fly, Up, Up, To, The, Sky" quite literally said it all, for the song that soared to number one for the Silver Convention in 1975. Disco was King, and is still "irreplaceable." It was groups like the Silver Convention that gave many night-club goers a since of freedom and purpose while dancing with their loved ones - A certain freedom and purpose never again felt since those great times.

  • interesting commentary.

  • @70sPopRock, the nitpickers among us would like to point out there were only six words-two of them were repeated twice :) And it's amazing how Silver Convention could hit the charts *twice* with songs that had only six different words. "Get Up and Boogie" also consisted of six words repeated over and over (don't forget the chorus, "THAT'S RIGHT!" sung by their background singers in that song!).

  • @70sPopRock well said my friend. i couldn't said it better myself. disco was and still the king!

  • @70sPopRock lol trust me real talk i love this song. the 70s will always be the 70s cant come back..

  • There were many magical moments from the mid to late 1970's disco era, but very few as mystical as the time the Silver Convention flew to the top of the charts and landed with Fly, Robin, Fly in November of 1975. A few months later, the three silver birds from Munich, Germany would sing high and loud for us just one more time in history with their second top 10 hit, "Get Up And Boogie (That's Right)" before flying off to a sacred destination, never to be heard from again.

  • biggg utne loooool

  • Fly BATMAN fly.

  • @Blownwillyscoupe The Boy Wonder wanted me to inform you that he is deeply offended that you replaced his name with the name of his rival partner. He also said to expect a lawsuit.

  • @Robert85435 you might want to lighten up a bit... hehe... look who was responed to... it was a joke... a good one? *shrug*... but a joke none the less

  • hahaha ya motha ... gigigigigiggii

  • girl in the mid is sexy

  • who said white girls have no rhythm haha

  • Uh, one of the girls is BLACK! And that's why they have rhythm..

  • Uh, Ms. Soul, your comment is truly racist. Think about the way you would have taken it if someone had said the opposite about the BLACK race...or anyone other that a black making a comment as such! think before you speak and you will never go wrong! (try leaving the BLACK out of it)

  • That one is Ramona Wulf, and she is half black. Her father was an African American GI.

IMO she's the hottest Silver convention girl.

  • @MelbaSoul NO, they where just a product invented by FRank Farian, the same who invented the Milli Vanilly, BOney M, and many others. He just casted people, made the lirics, and someone gave the moves!! So they just did make it work, and I think it's great!! Black people normally heave better rithm, they just naturally heave it, not all, but more than white people.

  • Have you ever seen three ladies as gorgeous as these?

  • Very sexy. Nice baseline. Love the beginning of the song especially.

  • Absolute phenomenal footage here of a former NUMBER ONE CLASSIC from "October, of 1975."

We will never forget the important contribution the ladies of the "Silver Convention" made by recording "Fly Robin Fly," and in making the year "1975" the greatest year ever in Rock and Roll history.
