@tonyfromcheshire ...nice one my friend, would never have found it in a million years, had it on tape all them years back but never knew the name, thank you again :)
Off a classic Sasha mix. FUck, he did some quality mixes in 91. That's when I first heard of him and got hold of thee most classic of Sasha mixes, the one with Leftfield/Whitney, Collaps's 'My love' and Spirit on it. 20 years ago.......(wipes tear from cheek as he recollects to those mad, loved up times). Guerilla is such a quality label. Personally, I think you need to have listened to at least 5 Guerilla tunes before you die. Has to be done.
@Bjaminny I remember that Sasha tape mate, funny how a cassette could reach so many people at the same time, long before the internet. It's hard to top the early UK House scene for positive energy, from whatever way you look at things.
@APublicDomain Yeah, mate, so much innocence attached to the scene back then. Sasha and his legendary mix tapes that found there way down to Cornwall (where I was living) certainly brightened the scene up down there. All the mixing done with decks, vinyl, mixer, amp and speakers. Natural given talent (without technology that we have today) and knowing how to programme sets. Sasha had it. Always loved the Guerilla stuff, still do. Beautiful music.
