Because some reporter will tell her that if Carrie was still the category, Taylor wouldn't have won. Carrie would have easily won and that's why ACMs didn't put in there. Carrie would been three-time winner. They didn't want Carrie outshine Loretta Lynn. I think Loretta would have said put Carrie in there.

Good grief. Why was this, which has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH COUNTRY MUSIC, chosen to be performed at a country music award show? If you like this type of music, fine. There are plenty of radio stations, music channels, televison shows, music award shows, and so on which cater you. Not that of pairing, if you really think, it fits. Current American Idol judge and former American Idol winner. And they had to fine someone with powerful enough vocals to fit Carrie's powerful vocals. And Steven is about as close as you are going to get. And no, I didn't watch it live. Because ACMs didn't put Carrie into the ETOY category, where she is defending champ and should have the right of defend it.
