this is al kanderi for definate. If you read the arabic before the video clip starts playing, you can read his name at the bottom of the screen. Also, Mishary Rashid has a much deeper voice.

Above the clip it says al kandari. If that his name then his full name is Fahad salim al kandari. However, it sounds totally different to the other al kandari clips and even on other web sites, so i aint sure if that is his nam. if you find out let me know. Different sites spell his name differently. Allah knows best.
