I thought that myself. Plus, if you didn't read, that was my first music video, ever. I never used Premier Pro anytime before that. But, I was aiming on making the lyrics match with the video, and I was surprised how some parts of the song did. Also, I also aimed on having the mood of the song match with the video, and I think I did decently on that too. But yeah, you are right, I should have focused on the beat, as well.
