There are a few faster than him. Marth for one, arguably Pikachu, and Fox could probably outspeed him. Remember, in SSBB, speed is not everything. Some slower characters, such as King Dedede, are much slower than Sonic but are still much better as fighters. Also, I'm not really sure what you asked me after that...
