I had my audition today. I was really friendly and met new people. I was loud and confident but yet there were so many other people that were too. I sang loud but kinda messed up on their lyrics. I did a weird dance that I think that went well? the cold stone I applied to is lyk a family that's filled with kids lyk me. I'm really unsure if I get the job or not:/

I did a freestyle. "My name is Josiah, what's going on? I really really want this job at Cold Stone, but it's all good, I won't fret, or get mad, you know why? Cause I got this job in the bag" Then i pulled out a ziploc bag that had a peice of paper inside of it that said job. Lol! I pray I get the job!!

@yoyoadnama no problem, remember to be yourself and try not to over do it, like try not to be the loudest one there or take command of everything, they are looking for open people, but they are also looking for people who can mesh well with others and be part of a team. good luck!

@nubble217 sorry for the late reply been a bit busy, but honestly it all depends on the "need" of the store, like say if they need workers soon then they were hire soon, if not, then your application would be put on file and then they will call you when they are hiring, oh and if you got hired already congrats!

@wsmn i wouldnt think a nose stud would be a problem, cold stone has like overall rules saying you cant have any piercings or tattoos or colored hair, but if your manager is cool with it, and you get hired, then just be yourself and leave it on

How come I didn't have to do any audition? I didn't even have an interview. The manager just immediately gave me the job upon application. He called me up and was like "Can you come in today at 4:30? I have to show you around." And now i have training tomorrow. They told me they give 7.25. Do we get paychecks every two weeks? If so, when will I get mine since tomorrow will be my first day (training session). Thanks

@ayesha080 sometimes they need a quick hire to fill in a gap, like someone just quit and they need someone immediately, i dont think you would get paid right away just for training, but it depends on your bosses, sometimes they could be nice about it and pay you right away

i got a call, had a phone interview friday, took the online training courses on saturday, emailed the results, got a 95%, now im waiting and its monday.
