how does a incline effect your muscles differently when doing curls?

I'm not sure exactly what muscle on the bicep it works, but this exercise gives you a great burn on the middle/peak area of your bicep.

demonstration. i only use but a few more pounds on the weights though since its the second part of a super set.

I think it's around 30 with the added weight from the bar + rings.
