I just noticed @4:10 the Dalek hovered in an old episode from the 80's. I forgot most of the oldies and didn't see all of them. The first time I saw a Dalek hover was with DR Christopher Eccelston and Rose series. Eccelston is HOT! funny and witty :)
I think it's funny, because I'd never thought about how they would've had success defeating the doctor if they didn't procrastinate! I thought the video was funny especially in the beginning when the daleks just keep saying exterminate and the doctor yells just do it!!!
@kaizoisevil Yeah. They should say "I am /not/ going to exterminate you!" and then, right after the doctor lets his guard down, be all "wait, no, I will!" and then exterminate him.

The thing about the Daleks screaming "Exterminate" is they are intimidating their victims. Better to terrify and then kill their victims rather than just kill them.
If Daleks were real, I doubt they would become a big force of evil in the universe if they can't even pull of a simple extermination because of time wasting shouting "Exterminate". Lets face it, the enemy would have loads of time to escape. The truth is they wouldn't, they'd kill you on sight and the doctor would been on his 500th+ regeneration by now haha
If they didn't say exterminate they won't be proper daleks
