Haha you ladies are hilarious. I have a sinus thing that goes from one side to the other. I'm going to buy one of those things today. Good thing you said to keep my ,outh open cause i wouldn't have. my mom uses a neti pot which is the same thing but basically it helps with her allergies amd sinuses and in india they use it to get rid of black pouches under the eyes. She doesn't have any anymore :-)

I did that! But I don't have one of the fancy ones... What I did was I took an empty water bottle and filled it around 3/4 of the way with warm water. Then I put salt in it (but not too much) and put the cap back on. I then took a knife and cut a hole in the lid and did exactly what you did... I FEEL GREAT

Thanks so much. I just used a 1.25L plastic soda bottle, made a small hole through the cap, used warm water and a bit of salt and it worked perfectly. It came out my ears as well though lol.

actually, exercising is really good for blocked noses. it works because the sinuses need to expand to let in the oxygen needed after and during exercise, releasing all the congestion. so yeah, i really does work ! i just did like 2 minutes of running on the spot [push ups work the best but i am too weak for that lol] and my blocked nose is gone,, for now. lool. you're nose burns a little after but its all good !
