  • After finding Frida in the 70s, I didn't think anyone would ever come close. Seems I was wrong (and how) I think I may just possibly be in love.........Sync is a work of genius ( and several hours of blood, sweat and tears I imagine) What's not to love? Thanks so much for this.

  • Jim, How did you do that transitional part?! - I'm so impressed that I've grabbed the nearest hat that I can find... Now I'm going to take It off to you!! :) <3

  • @Simulationofvirtue Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to enjoy one of my favorite videos! After almost 300 videos to my credit ( 299 on this channel ) I've had many chances to perfect my syncing abilities but in the end, it all comes down to a good ear and dumb luck! I use nothing else but Movie Maker to make my videos and I've gotten more out of it than one could ever imagine! Stop by anytime and check out some of my latest videos, you won't be disappointed!

    Peace....Jim

  • What an amazing performer; she's so sensitive to her material, and we love her! Thanks for this. Especially liked her with Bryn Terfel. And great work to sync this!

  • Sången är jättefint. Allt vad Benny Andersson skriver måste vara skönt :) Sången är lika vacker som ABBAs låtar. Tack Helen, tack Benny för så många sköna melodier!

  • Superb job Jim - take a bow.

  • Absolutely brilliant song, brilliantly synched. Very well done and many, many thanks.

  • Another great job Jim. I also just recently found her through a link from Tommy Korberg. A great voice. I don't know any Swedish but all her songs are great.

  • Jim, like you I've recently to appreciate Helen more & more .Thanks for a beautifully made video.---------Cheers from Oz, Annie

  • When Benny look at Helen, it's like a proud father lokking at his daughter. They have a special bond, I think.

  • *looking*

  • I Love Helen Sjöholm! :)

She Has Such An Amazing Voice!

She's On My List Of People Who I Want To Meet! :D

  • Wow! Love this song and Helen Sjöholm, and the transition! Awesome!

  • Unbeliveble This is an ABBA Song. Wish the vocal voice comes from Agnetha. Its a perfect popsong like Dancing Queen or The Winner takes it all.

  • The syncing is awesome! It is really like she never left the mike at all, but just switched languages.

Helen Sjöholm always keeps producing beautiful songs for us to hear.

  • I didnt even know there was an English version, its a very lovely but sad song.

    thanks for sharing!

  • WOW Helen Sjoholm keeps surprising me with her songs!! This song is just unbelievable good!! The Swedish and English version all synced into one... beautiful!! She's one greatly talented singer!! Thnx for putting this up! xo from Canada!

  • She's a unbelievable singer and I myself found her music only just recently. This process of syncing these two songs took almost 2 hours to do but I was lucky and hit it right on. Thank you Nat for looking in.

    Peace from Iowa....Jim~

  • WOW that is an amazing job Jim!

Do you do this kind of things professionally? If not you should-:)

    Great work! greetings from Canada

  • I love it, totally amazing. I love the way the song changed from swedish to english it was so cool. And Story of a heart I think its the best song From Benny Andersson band, its super awsome.

  • Jim - It amazes me how you did the transition from the Swedish version to the English version at 2:15. It was so smooth it was like Helen never left the microphone - just switched languages. There is something about this song that just keeps pulling me back. Love it! —Tom

  • Trust me Tom....the transition between the two songs took almost two hours of work just to get right....I got lucky I guess and I'm extremely happy with the outcome

    Thank you for looking in!

  • Jim - One shot, and it falls into place - that might be luck. But 2 hours pursuing perfection - and succeeding - it would be hard for me to call that anything other than just being good! You are definitely a video craftsman. —Tom

  • well done nice music must be a nice song

  • Well hello stranger, long time no see! How have you been Christine? This is the Swedish and English version of " Story of the Heart ", and is the first new pop song written by Bjorn and Benny ( of ABBA ) in 15 years!....Thanks for stopping by, don't be a stranger.

    As always, Peace...Jim~

  • YT has messed things up and isn't sharing your videos to me Jim!

I love both the Swedish and the English version but the english gave me goose bumps when I first heard it. Love your video as well, great work!

Great idea on putting the 2 songs together!

  • For some reason, you and Rob have been getting left off. There are times when one minute you two are on the friends contact list and the next minute I have to add you to the share because you guys disappear, and I just don't get it. I like putting the versions together and after a bunch of tries this one turned out great! You can't, if at all, tell where they're put together cause they flow together so well I think!

  • Dette var vakkert.

    5 Stjerner.

    Klem Carina XXX

  • You have find so many beautiful pics of Helen! Fantastic slide for a great song Jim!

  • Thank you Claudio, Helen is a great singer and I thank Elin for bringing her to me here!

  • Hey Jim, I had to come back. This is so beautiful. It just SCREAMS ABBA. Like a ghost reappearing. B&B will always be ABBA, no mature what their venture.

  • Thanks Rob....come back as often as you like...I never lock the doors here!

  • Does anyone know why Bjorn is not involved in BAO? If this is a silly question, bear with me. I was just wondering if Benny & Bjorn decided to go in different directions after all these years.

  • Hey Tom, thanks for stopping by....Bjorn still writes lyrics occasionally for BAO songs and has recently written new lyrics for older Swedish songs on a tribute album called " I Let The Music Speak ". B&B also wrote their first new pop song in 15 years with " Story Of A Heart ". If you haven't heard it, check it out....It has that ABBA feel all over it! I don't think these two will ever go seperate ways!

  • Thanks, Jim. This is the first time I have heard Helen and she is terrific. Thanks for introducing me to her. I have been listening to both the Swedish and the English versions of Story of a Heart this afternoon. It definitely does have the ABBA feel. I imagine that is the stamp Benny put on it. Its hard for me to listen to this and not be moving a hand or a foot or my head! —Tom

  • Thank you Jim for This Wonderful Song!!!Never heard it before. Now giving to it stars, lot of stars..... see how much? Btw, also real stars are back, I noticed some night.....in case you are looking for them too.....

Somehow moved to tears with this song.... ....Why do you make all your vids always so beautiful?... ;)

    Thanks for the info too.

  • Thank you for stopping by Laura. If a song moves one to tears than it must really be something special!

  • Thanks for sending me this video. She does fit in well the ABBA group. I really like it Thanks Rick

  • You're very welcome Rick....I was turned on to Helen's singing by Elin and I thank her for that because she's great when teamed with Benny!

  • Hmm this really is good and you did a marvelous job on the pictures Jim. It's amazing these two guys always come up with good looking and great singers....

  • Thank you Jim....The guys just keep coming up with winners and why not....their initial products weren't to bad either!

  • Great upload Jim, what a lovely lady Helen is-such an expressive face and a great voice and of course a trademark Aggy production video to ice the cake!

    5 star favorite of course!

  • Thanks Bill. Yes she is a lovely lady and a great singer as well. I hope you've finally gotten things back to normal at home.

  • Yes, all signed off at 10.30 am this morning and back to normal. At 10.32 the mailman arrived with a letter saying the central heating system would be replaced shortly AAAAAAAAAAAH !!!

  • This song just gets better and better Jim

B & B still have the magic touch!

You found some great pics too

I just realised you mixed both versions together , cool idea!

  • Thanks Shay, I really like both songs very much, and I was wondering when someone would catch the Swedish/English mix... I just found the album on JGT!

  • Very nice song and beautifull slide show .

B&B are really fabulous song writters

  • Thank you very much Isabelle. The guys continue to shine after all these years!

  • The first time I heard this song, I thought , ABBA is back. Helen is a wonderful singer. Another great show, Jim, thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks Rob. I mixed the Swedish and English versions here. It definitly has that ABBA flavor doesn't it.

  • Thanks for sharing this with my Jim! It is really quite pretty I think, and Helen has a great voice. I really enjoyed it!

    5* fav

    -Dallas

  • Thank you for watching Dallas....she can sure sing can't she! I hope the bad weather missed you the other night?

  • Yes on both accounts Jim. She is a good singer and the weather missed me completely. Just got some much needed rain.

    -Dallas

  • Nice song, and beautiful slide.

The sound at the background (at the slow moment of the song) reminds me the "like an angel .." by Abba.

Thanks for introducing me to this new song.

  • Thank you Marie-A. It really has an ABBA feel to it and I now have the album so look for more later.
