Many cultural activities also fall under the protection of freedom of speech and freedom of expression. On public lands (which is what these memorials are) these activities are absolutely protected by the constitution. You obviously need to read it again.

Muir often engaged in acts of protest against the government on the very grounds that he helped make into national parks. Don't even go down this path. I have studied aspects of constitutional law formally and the judge who passed this hoax was in clear violation the freedom of expression. The constitution EXPRESSLY protects freedom of expression.

Many cultural activities also fall under the protection of freedom of speech and freedom of expression. On public lands (which is what these memorials are) these activities are absolutely protected by the constitution. You obviously need to read it again.

Muir often engaged in acts of protest against the government on the very grounds that he helped make into national parks. Don't even go down this path. I have studied aspects of constitutional law formally and the judge who passed this hoax was in clear violation the freedom of expression. The constitution EXPRESSLY protects freedom of expression.

If they want revolution to the extent of destroying the US Constitution then I say keep them here. Keep your friends close...your enemies closer. I assume the same would be true from their point of view. If they want revolution, this is where they would want to start it. For the rest who want change without discarding the Constitution, your argument about leaving has been used by many to a pointless end.

Why would people who hate the US want to be here anyway? There has to be a place they see as better, and would rather be! Most people here do not hate this country!
