I totally agree-Cold Case has many lgbt stories. This one is no doubt inspired by Brokeback, some of the scenes are almost identical. They brought the feeling of that Hauntingly Beautiful(BBM) story and made it available to a wide T.V. audience. Anyone else feel like part of this was obviously cut. When Coop to Jim says remember what you where talking about, how we could live in a certain way, and J says I wasn't thinkin right. That would have made this epi stellar more C&J time alone in Love!

This is my favourite episode of Cold Case! It was on the Danish tv the other night, and usually I cry silent tears because of the sad endings but this time I really began to sob so parents came in and asked what was wrong, and when I told them they just rolled eyes!

Weeeell, in an interview Shane Johnson (Coop) said the first kiss was supposed to show frustration and "primal lust", whereas the second kiss was more of a "deep need" sort of thing. That aside, I believe that was their first kiss (at least that's what it appeared like to me).

i know what u mean but the episode extolled volumes about were we've come and how far we have to go before this issue is no longer an issue. i agree, the ending should've been a little more appealing but the reality is it probably happened something like that.
Heartbreaking as this show is, I love it. And there's hope. I work for a fire dept. in a small city; I was on shift & we were watching Cold Case. "Forever Blue" came on. WOW! I'm "out" on the dept. (Capt. by rank), & all is mostly well, but some are still adjusting. The crew was silent, & stuck with it to the very end. No words spoken the entire hour; I know it had a huge impact. Cops in '68 - a tough road. Firemen in '07 - there's hope. And damn... Coop stole my heart!
There are no seasons on disk, they have too great of music! I know, it sucks. Really though, the music is the reason. It would cost way to much to pay all of the artists for using their songs over and over.
I hate this show. It's always so sad but I can't help but to watch it. This one episode especially, loved the episode even though it was so freaking sad.

I totally agree-Cold Case has many lgbt stories. This one is no doubt inspired by Brokeback, some of the scenes are almost identical. They brought the feeling of that Hauntingly Beautiful(BBM) story and made it available to a wide T.V. audience. Anyone else feel like part of this was obviously cut. When Coop to Jim says remember what you where talking about, how we could live in a certain way, and J says I wasn't thinkin right. That would have made this epi stellar more C&J time alone in Love!

The only thing that would make it wrong is that he is married, but many homosexual couples find themselves in that position, so I can understand that. I don't know if I'd be angry or not.

This is my favourite episode of Cold Case! It was on the Danish tv the other night, and usually I cry silent tears because of the sad endings but this time I really began to sob so parents came in and asked what was wrong, and when I told them they just rolled eyes!
But I love this scene! Maybe because I think it's cute when boys kiss XD

Weeeell, in an interview Shane Johnson (Coop) said the first kiss was supposed to show frustration and "primal lust", whereas the second kiss was more of a "deep need" sort of thing. That aside, I believe that was their first kiss (at least that's what it appeared like to me).

I'm so wiping my tears after I watched this episode. I hate 'Cold Case' for its bad ending in every episodes and, the most of it, I HATE this episode! It's really sad and heartbreaking. I wish they could make a better ending for Jim and Coop...

first time i saw this episode, i came to it right on this scene and im glade i did, ever since i saw this epsiode ive recorded it and watched it over and over again. i love it, and it always makes me cry, i jsut wish it could have ended better

i know what u mean but the episode extolled volumes about were we've come and how far we have to go before this issue is no longer an issue. i agree, the ending should've been a little more appealing but the reality is it probably happened something like that.

Heartbreaking as this show is, I love it. And there's hope. I work for a fire dept. in a small city; I was on shift & we were watching Cold Case. "Forever Blue" came on. WOW! I'm "out" on the dept. (Capt. by rank), & all is mostly well, but some are still adjusting. The crew was silent, & stuck with it to the very end. No words spoken the entire hour; I know it had a huge impact. Cops in '68 - a tough road. Firemen in '07 - there's hope. And damn... Coop stole my heart!

There are no seasons on disk, they have too great of music! I know, it sucks. Really though, the music is the reason. It would cost way to much to pay all of the artists for using their songs over and over.
