@clayto1332 good for you this wasnt a max not even close ive done this for over 30 weighing 170 and if you dont have a video you diidnt do it put up a video of your 250lb and then ill give you props
Ignore the bad comments. Keep practicing. The form will come. when you can do 235 for 10 reps then you will be able to do 225 flat. A few months ago I did 1 x 315 arched, I now do 7 reps paused. Well done my man!!!! 5 *
