No to the 'rise up' it IS 'wise up' but yes, it should be 'take a bow, take it real slow' not 'vow'. And lastly it's 'near life experience' not 'mere'.
I think he says `Take a bow take it real slow...` And I think he says `We were having a near life experience...` sorry just what I hear him saying you are probably right though...
