Coming from someone who has dated a girl who was abused in her previous relationship it's hard on both parties involved, you feel helpless in the matter because nothing you can do can really help them, and your partner is always cautious around you and attached to their ex, it's wrong to be abuse anyone and I don't see how someone can enjoy it.
