@tiakpark I highly recomend you to read some books if you have the time. The Book of the dead (Egyptian), The Zohar (Zoroastrian) and if possible the popol Vuh (Maya). In these books you can find some useful info. The Kundalini is also mentioned with another name.
@Jimlead Thanks, I'll look into those. I have read some of the Zohar and as for Zorastrianism, I've read Thus Spoke Zarathustra. I've also read Dion Fortune's the Mystical Qabalah.
@tiakpark These books are really interesting. The Chakras are metioned in most of them. The names are replaced by symbols or words but you can get the whole idea. Like the Caduceus sybol of Asclepios of the Greeks that is found also in the Egyptian culture, and the god Quetzalcotl of the Maya (feathered snake).
