  • hey so i takeit you go to sms im planning on going there for 8th grade through high school and i was wondering if you like it there and also could you tell me how the academics are there i went to the FAST mt. hood camp so if you could tell me a little about the school i'd appreciate it thanks

  • I guess you are alpine skier so then the training is very good and I really like the coaches there. It`s little bit worse with the academics. There is a few good teachers like Alex Lehman, Bret Hines. Nancy and Seth dont work there anymore. So the school is pretty easy even for me and I dont speak english well. I think the sms campus is one of the best so you will be just fine...

  • ok first thing it's me

    second thing it depends on what kind of workouts u'r doing.you can do the first circuit 3 or 4 sets it depends how tired u r and once u r done with those do 2 super series of hard squat combined with something dynamic like the box jumps.

    or u can do the other circuit but not both of them in one day.then do just recovery.

    the ball jumps are good for stability but also for small muscles.

    the reps are up to u but i do like 8-12 reps each exercise.(the circuit exercises)

  • Cheers mate. Im from australia, and play Aussie rules football. i really want to imporve my vertical jump and my balance, and it looks like all these exercies do so. wots your vertical jump? When i do really intense leg exersices like squats, i end up sore for a few days sumtimes! is that normal?

  • u will be sore thats normal, make sure u do proper recovery like stretching and so. For the vertical jump, u should put less weight and do explosive squats. u can also try bands instead of weight. It's better because in lower position is less weight and in upper pos. is more weight. i can send u some pics. how to do that.
