Hey man nice Blazer. I was wondering did you recently purchase your air intake hose? It looks new and I need a new one and am having a hard time tracking one down. I have a 1990 too, so just thought I'd ask since there doesn't seem to be any place that sells them it seems. Thanks for any info, take care.
@Belford3FyrFytr The air intake hose on this truck is original. I actually took it off because the engine gets more air if you take it off. A junk yard would be your best bet to find one. I can sell you mine if you want it.
Maybe the connection is corroded. You may have to cut off the 5/16th terminal. Look inside it, where is squishes to the battery. Is it green? Is the cable swelled just passed the plastic ring of the bolt?
@bigpaw64 Thanks bigpaw. I'll try to start it once I put in a new battery. The one in the truck right now is totally dead, I tried to jump start it today with no luck

@CORVAIRWILD Battery cables are good, just a totally dead battery. The truck sat for 8 months before I bought it recently.
