My wife is THE LaDonna this song was written for. She and Her brother Darrel are HUGE Rag Time Music fans. A few years ago Darrel commissioned his friend, the highly talented David Thomas Roberts to write a song for LaDonna's 40th birthday. This is that song and we love its being here on YouTube where everyone can enjoy it. What makes it even more special is that their friend Morten Gunnar Larsen plays it so beautifully.

Yep, I'm happy to see that you've made a comment on this video. The music is wonderfully delicious! I have met LaDonna and bro Darrel is a pal of mine. We see each other almost every time we go to a festival. In fact we sat next to each other on a flight from KC to Sacramento last November. We got a great opportunity to catch up on each others news.

This song is called "LaDonna" written by David Thomas Roberts, who has  been called the most prolific song writer of our time and I have to say, I agree with that statement.
