since it was freaking long time ago... can't remember name but it was the 3rd one. I took it cuz it changed my physical dmg into elemental => bypassing armor => dmg ^^.

Dunno how it works now but when i played it was freaking epic =3

the kotbs is a great class to play. you dont need to constantly watch your hp,you can take a beating,and do some decent damage at the same time. perfect class for empire players that like to do frontline brawling,very adaptable because of their battle commands, and a great tactical asset at defending keeps. from all the tank classes,the kotbs is my fav. nice vid

I was doing my first rvr yesterday and was getting beat pretty badly because our side had only 1 healer, whereas theirs had around 4-5. Does this pattern continue later in the game? It makes me want to be a warrior priest just so i can at least heal myself. *sighs*

well you see it is random sometimes there is enough healers and sometimes ^^ oh well (potions sometimes save ur life =3 ) // wp in my opinion have problem with survivability at higher lvls (especialy destro like taking WP as a 1st target).

dunno how much dmg he has at 40R but at 19-31 he's nice dmg dealer. On SC i have same dmg as Choppaz or BW/Sorc (sometimes even more cuz of higher survivability) especially when u have got AOA! aura active =3

thats true, propably beacuse you stay alive longer then a choppa so your dmg get higher. However, the melee dpsers do better burst dmg. so a choppa or a WE will propably kill a support carrer faster then the knight.

i like the kotbs though, look awesome and deal moderate dmg and have good survivability.

all classes are good in their own way some have a little balancing issues but not enough to the point where you cant kill anyone. even though BW,Sorcs and choppaz/ slayers are top dmg is because they aoe like a mofo but anyclass can own

Well, KotBS are tanks so that means that they have low dps (damage per second, not scenario), but they always end quite high in damage chats, mainly because of their auras, reflective damage and high survivability. But unless they use 2h, they don´t do many killingblows as it´s quite easy to outheal them or just run away. That´s life of all tanks in WAR.

Wow very nice video! Im curious of trying the KOTBS myself, they look awesome! But im confused on which mastery i should go, im leaning toward conquest, is that the one you use? And i also notice that you switch between using a two hand and a sword and shield, would you mind telling me why? And whats that line of auras you have, that looks soo useful! All of this would be extremely helpful to a newb knight in training :)

Nah i'm using Glory path which make my major attacks as elemental dmg (+Gather Your Resolve! aura = nice dmg output even on tanks), Heaven's Fury (my favourite) cuz' 3 sec is enough to disable and kill healer.

Switching 2h vs 1h+shield it all depends how many healers is on grp/wb/sc (shield = longer survivability) or how many sorceress/magus around (Gilded Shield +15 disrupt only when holding shield) and 2h for more dps =3 (mainly when bored with tanking role :P ).

But the true power of KotBS are his auras, try to keep 3 auras active (i use AOA!+OYG!+GYR! combination)

Hey thanks a lot, thats really helpful. But wow Glory? Dang i didnt know it could be that good! What is that line on the screen that keeps changing your auras? That seems very useful. And awesome! Is heavens fury that huge flame wave attack? And how is myrmadias fury?

Flame Wave yuup that Heaven's Fury.About Myrmidia's Fury i have tested it but it have to low dmg for me and it takes 3 sec channeling in that 3 sec i can stack 3x Blazing Blade (for example)

That line is an addon "Twister" and i must click binded key to change aura it dont do this automatically.
