  • ...u have to keep at this, when i first started these arm routines I got frustrated cause I didn't see quick results and stop doing them. Since I have gotten interested in fitness overall, I started these routines and stuck with them and I truly see results. These really work, I love working my arms and I can share with my ladies now cause I am now a volunteer aerobics instructor, so I love picking up new things, but whats on the inside I learned is just as important:)

  • @ITZM3BYTCH09 did you weight lose by doing this exercise i once did and didnt see any quick results as well, and i quit it.. but i seriously want to lose weight off my arms. luks huge compare to my body

  • @iluvxamar ...quick results, you won't see at all & im being honest and it will make you stop, but I started 2months ago and formation is now visible, and instead of feeling a lot of the flab I had I can feel a little more muscle now even though i stil have a ways to go, yes it is going to take a while and you have to be committed to doing these and learn to be your own motivator. If ya tryna lose weight, DO NOT DIET, thats the biggest mistake people & so called trainers make.

  • @midmarketplace.... I'm with you on that one. Depending on the topic of the vid, just about EVERY video on here gets bashed for some reason. I cannot understand why people feel the need to put negative stuff. My parents taught me manners... "if you don't have anything to say dear, don't say anything at all". ANd the whole "do unto others" concept too. I live by that daily. Nice to know someone else out there who feels the same way, so thanks for that!

  • when u do a normal curl u take weight so u can do 8-12 not 45 reps and u go up about 2 secs and down 4 and when she says turn the wight its called hammer curl

  • This is one of the best videos on how to make the most use of a couple of dumb bells.  Like the idea of using two dumb bells in one hand. Love this video as she combines a whole routine!

  • @mwesh all I've heard about toning your muscles rather than bulking them is to use lower weights and exercise more often. That's what is used for toning, and more weight less often is used for bulking up the muscles.

  • her arms are bulky and not so great as a woman. if someone works like that, their muscles will look like guys muscles

  • its probably because she uses heavier weights. light weights would just tone your arms up. light weight + many reps= tone ; heavy weight + less reps= builds muscle. thats what i was always taught.

  • @Kenevin - I am an amateur, and even I thought those were some pretty clumsy-looking kick-backs...I've been watching workout vids for a week, trying to make sure I get my form right, to avoid injury...those were some pretty jerky movements there - no offense to the instructor...I guess when you've only got 5 minutes and have to fit in so many moves, it can happen...

  • Sitting on a bench helps to isolate your arms and prevents "the bounce" in your legs and core.
