Awesome vid! I'm natural and I only use 100% natural and organic products on my body and hair. HOWEVER, haha I don't eat right at all. I didn't even think of how contradicting that is until seeing this. If I don't want chemicals and bad ingredients on the outside, then I definitely should steer away from it on the inside. Actually made the gears in my head turn for a bit. You made a pretty good point there :)

Pack up an apple, banana, nuts or seeds, avocado, if you eat bread and meat then whole grain turkey sandwich, natural ingredient pb and j. At home do the shakes with natural protein, veggies and fruit. Night chicken breast and minute made brown rice takes 15-20 minutes to cook. Boom... :) Breakfast is a must too. Oatmeal and fruit with an egg, or EGGS and natural chicken sausage
