Hello matt i just did a 20 min meditation and i broke down crying and i have know clue and all my nerves went tingly can you help me understand what has happend.
@fudd664 Glad you asked this question. You experienced the way the body shuts itself down from truly opening up on a emotional level. This is called a somatic(bodily) contraction. Most people live with some sort of constant contraction around certain chakras. Once you become conscious of it, you can begin to work on it. Vulnerability is the key to staying open :) Much Love

I once had this level of mind,even and more so with my most recent NDE's(plural)
"dont ware those things to long,starts to feel like a knife twisting in your brain"
That aside how far is too far when it comes to astral travel?
