  • How much does this cost and can you use fat instead? If so how long does it last compared to the filler you used in this video?

  • @LilMsKissyMissy Depends on how much volume you need. Some patients need 0.5cc of Restylane = $350. Others need 1cc of Restylane = $600 and a few patients may need even more. Fat injections can be done but they are surgical and may end up lumpy bumpy as you cannot predict what portions of the fat injected will take and what portion will melt away. Restylane to tear troughs is more precise.

  • @DrNaderi thanks.... I may have to pay you a vist. :-)

  • @LilMsKissyMissy

I look forward to seeing you.

  • Hi. You are so charismatic and nice. I wish you were closer to my area. I wanna get Juvederm in my lips. I am from Germany and had it done there before. But here in the US I am a little afraid...and on the hunt for someone who will make me feel comfortable. I have watched most of your videos. I'm a huge fan :-) Wish you were closer :-((

  • @iMooni85

Hi. Unfortunately I do not know any doctors out there. Use google searches and look at their before and after photos and interview multiple plastic surgeons before deciding.

  • Im in stockholm and i need a surgeon like u here , i have dark circle from lumigan use on lower eye lashes ther decreases the fat there .. Plz any recommendations,??.. Plz any help.,

  • Dr. Shervin if you are in need of a model demonstration for the undereye filler, Let me know I would be happy to do it

  • @SayshiJen

Thank you. Please send me pictures through our website so that I can evaluate and see if you are a good candidate for tear trough filler injections or no.

  • How does this improve dark circles? Are you just making the area more convex with the filler, thus eliminating the "shadow?" Obviously this only works with certain causes of circles, correct?

  • @factorygal21

There are many causes of "dark circles" under the eyes. Hyperpigmentation needs to be treated with skin bleaching creams. Excess lower lid fat bags if any need to be removed if they create a shadow below them. Thin skin needs to be covered with makeup and foundation. THIS procedure is strictly meant to fill in "tear troughs" to elevate the depression and create a much smoother surface for makeup application. This treatment is for dark circles as result of "tear troughs"
