@guillote9366 Hi William, The picture that you saw me drawing of 'East Grinstead in the Snow' on youtube is different from the original painting. If you would like to see the original picture go back to my website and click the red link at the end of 'View Colin's pictures on SAA website' Kind regards Colin.
Thank you for you message. The dollar is currently exchanging at aproximately $1.45 to the £1. If you pay through PayPal they will automatically do the exchange for you. I hope that this helps.
Thank you for your kind comments. Part two of 'East Grinstead in the Snow' will be uploaded this weekend, I hope you continue to enjoy them. Best wishes Colin.
As usual, I am amazed by your ability to make every stroke turn into to something real. I crave your little tutorial videos like a starving person craves food. I really appreciate you taking the time and effort to do this.
Thank you again for making my day with your kind comments. The best is yet to come with the 'East Grinstead' picture, I hope you continue to enjoy the remaining clips.
Thank you so much for uploading all those tutorials. They help me so much in getting better in painting with pastels.I've only just started but I knew how to layer the different colours because of your detailed descriptions and I do thing the paintings already look quite good.I like the way you want to encourage people to paint and how you share your knowledge and I'm looking forward to seeing what will still come...
Thank you for your kind comments. I am glad you are enjoying the clips and hope that you will continue to find the future clips interesting and helpful in you own work.
Thank you for your comment and your interest. I wanted the church to recede into the background. The picture takes on an atmosphere that is in keeping with the scene. By placing the grey tones on top of the sky you succeed in creating that effect. The original picture has been well received as both a print and a Christmas card. Sudy the finished picture I hope that you agree.

I'd like to know how to convert pounds into US dollars so I can buy your paintings.
On your web site it has the prices in pounds, so I don't know if you accept US currency.

When you color in the church is it problematic because the sky color mixes with it?
Thanks:)
