Not only does Avaya drop calls, the phones randomly reboot, and the company hasn't been able to fix it for MONTHS

@jbusheejr probably the business partner who installed it, not the Avaya product itself. Think of a poorly constructed house, it's not the wood/nails fault, usually the person who installed it.
