I know why Mexicans honk for someone to come out the house, because Mexicans won't answer the door if someone rings the doorbell. Mexicans don't like to be bothered by Johovah Witnesses and they know all their friends and family don't ring doorbells only strangers do.

A guy just called his friend out of the apartment by honking the car horn. She said she only thought that happened in movies. I just smiled, That was awkward. I'm surprised people don't find that normal. In L.A. that happens a lot.
