Anyone with basic knowledge (she is an advanced sambo student) of grappling can beat someone bigger and stronger than them so it is perfectly logical to say she could beat 99.9% of men in the world. if you want to do that i strongly suggest training in this style of wrestling or grappling for at least six months regularly, 2-3 times a week for about 5-10 hrs a week. then youd have some basic skill developed and maybe make a good showing of yourself. but its just reckless and irresponsible to do it with no training. you wont succeed that way. when i was your age i was 210lbs. my size cancelled out any ladys exper. with training no woman could beat me at that time. the key is training.
