2:28 whats the difference in those pushups and the spartan ones ? I mean i know that in the Spartan Pushups you have to push yourself from the ground to move your hands but whats the difference in the muscle pressure ?
@jorge26stoe lol. When I film videos I don't only film one...I film many. I have web-based programs where clients get new workout programs every month, i film videos for youtube and vimeo and other outlets, so this isn't the only video I filmed that day. But still, there's nothing wrong with being a little winded after doing push-ups AND talking at the same time... :)
@Josh9370 Why wouldn't I? I'm a trainer - my professional life runs off the clock...plus most of my workouts - both personal and with clients - run off some type of time capacity. I don't know if you're joking or being serious, but if you're not utilizing a watch while you workout, then you're missing out on some vital information. Rest, total workout time, etc.
@haa82 Always concentrate on keeping the abs flexed - similar to the way you concentrate on your abs while doing a Plank. When i have my clients do push-ups I try to make them think of them as another abs exercise due to the stability needed.
