Hi, all of you who are interested to know more about master Sheng Yan should take a chance to visit the Dharma Drum Mountain in Taipei. Do not miss visiting the museum there where little details like handwritten notes of Master Sheng Yan are kept. I am sure you would be able to feel how compassionate he is. I ended up being very touched and wanted very much to become his disciple and took refuge in 1 of Dharma Drum's sub centres in Taipei.

She-Lin Qing Xia was actually mentioning about the past, her 1st encounter with Master Sheng Yan when he was alive. When Master Sheng Yan walked passed her while she was attending a 3 day course, the master's flowing garment and footsteps brings about lots of feelings of compassion.
She attended the funeral of a famous monk whom she called teacher. In the middle of the conversation, she mentioned she saw the spirit of her teacher floated by. She described the flowing garment and how smoothly the monk flew by. That was how much she respected her teacher.
