I live in newtown and i recall that. My brother worked at Circuit city and a car got flooded out right in front of the building. The guy tried to drive it through.... his stupidity cost him a car. lol.
I guess I wasn't the only one running around with a video camera during the flood! Nice footage... the water flowing under that stone bridge was impressive!

I remember this. My mom's work has pictures on the walls of how high the water was compared to the building. Absolutely insane.
