  • wheres this place at?

  • @MrSPARTANSUPERMAN they r smaller and made by man not nature. u make the waves wth a boat.

  • great wave idea, superb breasts...

  • Hum, like girl surfing !

  • those are CLEAN

  • the little dude could probly get barreled

  • @jamzsurf1207 And very fun.

  • hows the wave made

  • looks fun, probably want the shortest board possible haha.

  • good for groms,

  • Just wanted to say thanks for the great video. I always look down our local causeway and see perfect waves and wish I could ride them. Can you post more vids?

  • that chick surfer is hot!!!

and why the fuck isint anyone on them perfect barrels

  • Hmm.. Maybe because it's behinde a boat. O.O

  • unreal!

  • how do you make that?

    is it expensive?

    were?

    and definetley bodyboard it

  • Thats sick son!!!! Could do that all day long!

  • someone needs to bring a super tanker

  • A fast fat barge would work better as the flat sides don't actually contribute to the wakes.

  • @stevenaschmied what you need is one of those huge ships that carry cars. they are about the size of a tanker and they have a full displacement hull. in galveston bay it will create a 5 foot hollow wave that last for a few min or more in one spot i know.

  • need a pretty big boat to make that ?

But still its sick as :)

  • We used a prawling trawler.

  • you should have bodyboarded it

  • Yes, that's how we do it.

  • is it generated from the wake created by boats, on a shallow river bank ... very interesting

  • Thanks. We've now got a three year federal research grant to help make the pool a reality.

  • Super super sick. Wow, I want to ride that wave on my 6-0 fish. Beautiful.

  • yeah man thats was sick where is this located at check us out surfing lake michigan called "UNSALTED"

    cheers~

  • Thats siCk!

  • Thanks.

  • con una goleta la hasemo acà en chile jaj

    pulento

  • the beauty man..

    bodyboard from Argentina

  • argentino y bodyboarder.... una mierda

no tienen ninguna ola decente..... pobre weon

  • argentino y bodyboarder.... una mierda flotante

no tienen ninguna ola decente... por eso vienen a CHILE los hijos de puta.....

  • We got up to 3 waves using the standard boat :)

  • maybe it would also be

possible to alter the shape of a

boat hull to actually create more than

the one main wave the boat generates.

    cheers lee

  • Very nice video mann....

    congratulations!!

    :D~~

  • Thanks.

  • can u tell me where it is, cuse i only know a wave in the amozonas wich is 40 secends with tube long.

  • where is this and how often does it happen?

  • the waves are form by when a big boat goes up the river and like u knoe how it makes waves wen a boat goes well wen the boes bigg it make bigger waves i think its from a boat but

  • Look at 2:51if you kept the video going looks like he hit a bowled out section you can probably get a little tube.

  • At 1:56 looks like a decent barrel for a bodyboarder

  • Et ben ouais mon Jean-No!!!!

  • nice. it`s a lovely touch having the kids surfing too. They`re trying the same thing in Sydney harbour with the river cats but you have to wait half an hour for each ride or an hour on sundays!! Your trawler works well- fill it with ballast water, motor at half revs and try not to kiss the bottom. Sweet!!

  • Thanks

  • PROBLY THE BEST THINK I HAVE EVER SEEN

  • Wow what lovely curves and bounce...and all in a Bikini too :D

Will Webber is a known reprobate and should be in a Gymp suit at all times!

  • Hmmm :)

  • WOW that's amazing nice job,iv thought about the same thing for many years do you think you can exentuate the wave with some kind of scoop attached to the boat???cheers

  • looks like wakes from a boat

  • That is really cool. The guys surfing look like they know how to surf pretty decent. Where is that?

  • Main surf is Will Webber - ex. pro.

Surf made up on North Coast NSW.

  • Thanks for the reply. So I'd like to try to find my own little slice of mini J-Bay. I need to ask a few questions though. How big is the boat? What speed is optimal for making a similar wave. How deep is the river/channel and how shallow is it where the waves break. Can you only get a wave like that in the river? Like does it have to be next to the bank or can you get a similar wave in open water? I appreciate any info. Thanks for posting something actually worth watching here on youtube!

  • thanks alot, i'm going to try it this weekend. i'll tell you if it works then.

  • Cool. Take some photos / video.

  • i surf and have a 21 foot boat. i was wondering, do you think we could make a wave with it. it doesn't have to be a big wave either because i'm only 11. and i don't mean holding onto a rope behind the boat. i mean a wave you could catch. PLEASE REPLY!!!!

  • You could try, but probably not enough weight in the boat. Try by not coming onto the plane.

  • If that girl with the big ta-ta's can do it, then I bet I can too...
