Fall of 1989, I was a freshman at USC and the halftime show was the Beachboys with John Stamos on the drums... wow! Here he is on guitar, cool. I am really feeling homesick and I'm tired of cold and rain. I long to sit in the warm sand and feel the cool mist coming from the waves off my sunny Southern California coastline. Days of swimming til' my swimsuit was full of sand. Ah, those were the days... thank you.
