My meditation experience with Binaural beats

Like Homeopathy I'm not sure Binaural Beats work. I have a Proteus Light & Sound machine and 2 Hemi Sync cds but none of them ever really worked. Recently I downloaded the (free) BrainWave Generator but only used it once. Do you have to use these things for months to get them to work? I have used the Pzizz device for sleep and found that good.

@AZUREGLIDE Homeopathy probably works solely on the placebo effect.I'm hesitant to say this is the case with Binaural Beats, because of the research I've read.

I wouldn't say you have to use them for months for them to work. It just depends on what you are expecting them to be able to do. I really think they work best when used as a supplement to meditation practice.

In the end, it really comes down to what works for you.

@ClearMindMeditation I am going to try the Brainwave Generator enough times to see if it works. I have Sennheiser headphones with a long lead so I can sit down and use them.I'll let u know!

@AZUREGLIDE Ooh, nice headphones. I'm sure they will work perfectly with binaural beats. Are you making a custom beat? Apparently they have a library of presets that might be worth a try too.

I personally like the one GNOMAD created. It's worth it if you have an hour to just spend on it.
