The motion and rotational drift makes me think this is nothing more than a creatively assembled bunch of balloons.

Years ago there was film of UFO passing over Catalina Island off the coast of California. As optical technology improved over the years, It turned out that atmospheric distortion was responsible for the sighting- It was a Cessna. I wonder if that is what we are seeing here, as well.

Intresting to say the least. It looks like two dark holes like exhaust tubes, but they are facing the camera, and if it was a plane you wouldn't be able to see the exhausts, just their profile.
Is there an airport by that area?
