The wrap is formed into a pouch that supports her weight like a seat, and the fabric tied over her legs holds her securely as well. However, if she wiggled enough and the fabric slid all the way off her bottom, she could possible flip backwards if her arms were not above upper edge of the wrap. When I do this carry I check the bottom edge frequently. And actually, her baby brother is about this age now and I rarely do this carry with him because he's so wiggly it just doesn't work well.
Thank you for posting this video, I was looking for way that I could get away with not doing the tie at the front as I have a bit of a belly, so thanks for this demo
You put your daughter on your back so effortlessly, I don't think I could ever do that. I really like this wrap though - it seems really comfortable on the babe in the wrap. I'll have to try this. Thanks for sharing!
I wish I could do the throw on the back as effortlessly as you seemed too. I do really like this wrap that you showed, It seems a lot comfier for the babes and your daughter was totally trying to crash on you it was so cute.
I love the simplicity of it, I will have to try this on my 10mth old.

I like this one. What is preventing the child from sliding down? I am guessing this one is not safe for younger toddlers?

Love the simplicity of that one. I'll have to try it with my 4 year old.
Also, I love how your little one cuddles you as you're starting to put on the sling. So cute!
