  • chris taylor is excellent.

  • lol. why does droste always look like such a hunchback

  • anyone else think the mics are a little WAY TOO LOUD?

  • @subpolarity yeah definitely. i wish it got a lot more of the guitar and ambiance like the album version.

  • this song would be difficult to perform live.

  • oh GOSH GRIZZLY BEARRRR

  • Haunting, beautiful, perfect.

  • BBCCollective my msn in profile! Grizzly Bear - Lullabye (BBC Collective session)

  • @Tengent Completely agree! This is one of the greatest, most imaginative bands I know!

  • Powerful guitar. I prefer compositional guitarists over technical guitarists.

  • love daniel rossens danelectro/silvertone, i've order the dano 63, wich is very similar to this, almost identical, with a few differneces. Like the performance to, stellar vocals!

  • chris taylor is super talented, seeing them live was amazing. he plays about 10 instruments throughout the show. plus vocals

  • its a vintage danelectro

  • what sort of guitar is Daniel Rossen using?

  • one of my favorites, love the drums

  • they never zoom in on chris taylor once, poor guy.

  • agreed. i feel not enough attention is ever paid to him.

  • for anyone who's interested, the song that plays in the BBC intro thing and at the end is Hands by Four Tet - amazing song from an amazing album (called Rounds)

  • great album

  • thankyou so much! ive always wondered what that was i love it! :)

  • It sounds like Robert Wyatt, which isn't a bad thing.

  • textbook fall-asleep-to song

  • hence the name lullabye? hahah

  • one of the best songs in awhile, its great to see a newer band playing real melodic music.

  • dan rossen is a great songwriter.

  • @waywardwatchdog1 does he write all the music?

  • @cmatthews926 naa definitely not. usually whoever sings the melody, wrote it. like, ready able is ed droste's and southern point is dan rossen's

  • @keyblader118 god, geniuses.

  • @cmatthews926 definitely, definitely.

  • the little intro thingy was Four Tet : ) and this might be my favorite song from Yellow House, maybe second to Marla
