What makes that crunching noise in the first second of the video? I have a 2000 Mustang GT with power windows, and they make that same noise when they are all the way rolled down. Sometimes the screech a little bit in really, really hot weather.
My battery was about dead when made the video, plus 3rd gen motors are slow to start with. I used the factory wiring from the new dash. It was all intact, just had to run it into my doors.

I believe the noise was I pushed the button the wrong way, and I tried to roll it up more, and it couldn't go up anymore.
I don't have the car here so not really sure.

Why are they so slow? My 4th Gen ElectricLife window motors are much faster. Also, what gauge wire did you use?

I put sound deadener on the doors, and once I put the panels back on. You really don't hear it.
