Besides the other comments below - How the heck does an outlet from a dishwasher EVER cross flow with your drinking water? I think WI needs to revisit the math on that one. At the worst, all that may happen between a dishwasher and the garbage disposal line as shown is that the gargabe disposal could back up into the dish washer - but that's hardly a health concern as you're putting dirty dishes into the thing to begin with.
Cool vid. You should trun on the disposal while it's drainig through it and make another video of that. It's really fun and cool! :) You don't need to turn on the sink because the water will already be running through it though.
