Evo has to make sure that the Lithium is processed in Bolivia, the industrialization of it must be in Bolivia to break the trap of dependence. I think that it should also be a state agency in partnership with private TNC's to engender industrialization and growth. To avoid merely exporting to countries so they can add value and re-sell the batteries to Bolivia at a higher price like the case is with Chile and copper. The fact about Public Television is that it needs corporate sponsors. The good thing is that most of the corporate sponsors donate for pr purposes only - trying to be a "good corporate citizen." Actually they are just great tax write-offs. I have been watching PBS shows for close to 20 + years now and I have seen very little evidence that the shows are beholden to those sponsors.

I watch a variety of news outlets. All sources have their flaws.
