Usually I'm not a fan of the "insane effect overuse" AMVs because 99% of them have the effects thrown around at... random.

This one doesn't, this one really works well. However, IMO, it's simply an exception created by brilliant work, and it doesn't change my opinion about the other 99% of "insane effect overuse" AMVs.
